Martina Weber

Martina Weber is a Senior Manager at GRÄFE Tax & Legal, advising private clients and investors since 2010. Before joining GRÄFE Tax & Legal, she worked at several internationally connected tax consultancy firms, where she refined her expertise in complex and unique cases. In her view, successful wealth succession planning requires a balance of legal and tax proficiency, coupled with a deep understanding of personal and economic goals.

By adopting a structured approach, Martina identifies key tax optimization opportunities and develops solutions tailored to each client’s individual circumstances. She believes that focusing solely on tax or solely on legal issues can lead to misaligned strategies. Her goal is to ensure that every plan is both legally sound and tax-efficient, while remaining mindful of the client’s personal wishes.
