Attorney and Tax Advisor Dr. Daniela Falkenhagen studied law in Munich and completed her doctoral thesis in Liechtenstein on the topic of family foundations. She began her professional career at the international law firm Noerr PartGmbB.

Mission & Approach

Daniela provides comprehensive advice to private individuals and entrepreneurial families. Daniela focusses on structuring successions as part of holistic asset and business succession planning, including the use of (foreign) family foundations. She is characterized by her expertise in the interfaces of inheritance, corporate and tax law in national and cross-border cases.
