Munich, 26 February 2026: GRÄFE Tax & Legal, the firm specialising in tax, legal and strategic advice, continues to grow and is strengthening its practice with Dr Daniela Falkenhagen (31) and Nadine Stephan (37), who will advise on strategic wealth and business succession as well as on matters relating to family offices and foundations.

Attorney-at-law Dr Daniela Falkenhagen joins GRÄFE Tax & Legal after several years with the Private Clients team at NOERR's Munich office. Dr Falkenhagen is a recognised expert in the legal and tax advice on complex cross-border succession structures. She advises entrepreneurial families and high-net-worth individuals on the holistic planning of wealth and business succession. Her focus lies at the interface of inheritance law, corporate law and tax law, and in particular on structuring with (foreign) family foundations.

Dr Falkenhagen studied law in Munich and obtained her doctorate in Liechtenstein with a thesis on family foundations.

Nadine Stephan brings many years of expertise in the comprehensive, orchestrating support of complex wealth and succession processes, from foundation advice – beginning with the establishment of the foundation through to ongoing foundation management – to M&A processes and the assumption of executorships. She worked in the banking sector for many years, most recently at Bavaria's largest cooperative bank, meine Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Rosenheim eG. There she conceptually developed the generational advisory service line, successfully introduced it and established it across the bank. Nadine Stephan holds qualifications as a Certified Senior Estate Planner (ADG), Certified Foundation Adviser (ADG), Certified Executor (IHK) and Certified Generational Adviser (IHK), and is also a persolog trainer.

At GRÄFE Tax & Legal, this experience of Dr Daniela Falkenhagen and Nadine Stephan is intended to further strengthen the firm's (owner-)strategic and facilitating know-how alongside its recognised tax and legal expertise. "We want to create solutions for families and their assets that work across generations and are sustainable, and to involve the next generation in doing so. We also want to prepare both the assets and the family holistically for the event of succession. The aim is not only to avoid tax outflows, but to ensure that processes, communication and access to documents are firmly in place, so that the family can concentrate on the things that matter," explains Dr Maren Gräfe.

With these additions, GRÄFE Tax & Legal is strengthening its position in advising entrepreneurs and their families, high-net-worth individuals, family offices and foundations on structuring matters.
